Identify and respond to new technologies and current market trends to sustain the top position in the high end storage market segment. Provide strategic direction for over 100 engineers across multiple platforms in FPGA, ASIC and high-speed PCB designs while working cross functionally to define and implement best practices. Leverage various methodologies, including Design for Six Sigma, traditional Six Sigma and the Theory of Constraint for Program Planning to deliver ongoing improvements while effectively managing change.
