Daily Duties at American Home Mortgage:
Using a hands-on leadership style, manage and mentor 10 software developers working on the LOS Development team using the Progress 4GL (v9-v10). Perform code reviews, manage projects and allocate resources, review requirements and technical specifications. Conducts candidate interviews, and write performance reviews. Work closely with other AHM development groups, QA, and Business Analysts. Also work with product release managers on software release planning and scheduling.
