-Overall manager of the store when the General Manager is not present -Coaching all employees -Certifying employees in all aspects of product knowledge within the company -Help general manager with all floor moves and optimal display of product -Oversee all warehousing issues -Performs all training and acclamation of new employees -In charge of all communication meetings within the store -Customer Service -Oversee all loss prevention issues -Conflict resolution -Supervisor of 50+ employees
