Daily Duties at Met Life:
? Managing a group of agents on their performance, sales efficiency and legal compliance on sales contracts ? Responsible for the life cycle of the policy (Life, Annuities, etc.) ? Working side by side with underwriters to prepare contacts for clients ? Preparing cost-effective reports with the Financial Director ? Managing the development and preparation of office performance reports to help evaluate agents ? Working with senior management to create performance objectives for sales agents ? Developing office wide compliance documentation to meet company auditing requirements ? Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, faxing and compiling reports
