• Workshop Coordination (50%) o Responsible for customer service, planning and organizing workshops, and extensive travel during a period in which workshop enrollment rose by 25%. o Created original Microsoft Access reports to aid in contacting workshop participants, analyzing enrollment, and enhancing follow-up contact methods. o Suggested change in workshop pricing structure, simplifying Customer Service and Accounting work flows. o Designed and implemented email confirmation letters for 3000 workshop participants yearly, improving timeliness and saving postage costs and employee time. • Marketing (25%) o Implemented successful Google AdWords campaign, increasing publishing division sales and Internet visibility with minimal time investment. o Implemented blog to market new publication, creating a blueprint for future marketing and training blogs • Technology Support (25%) o Served as technology support backup to staff of 30 people, troubleshot software and hardware problems o Performed server maintenance and backup functions o Participated in team of “expert users” who consulted with software engineers about designing and implementing a new database system
