Full p&l responsibility and overall management of the primary production manufacturing facility, including operations, quality control, labor relations, plus the coordination with sales, customer service, safety, human resources, engineering, procurement, logistics, industrial engineering, maintenance and services, covering the following departments: Coke plant, sinter plant, blast furnace, foundry, open hearth furnaces, BOF, continuous caster, scrap yard and refractory maintenance and a staff of 11 managers and 4,000 employees.
