Reported to the Mexican Railway Regional Manager and managed a staff of 5 Master Mechanics and 1,500 employees, dedicated to perform the preventive and corrective to locomotives & freight cars and passenger cars maintenance and refurbishment, on the North Region repair facilities. Full P & L responsibility and overall management, including logistics and equipment distribution, planning & production control, quality control, labor relations, contractors management, plus the coordination with finance, procurement and warehouse.
