Reported to the COO with responsibility of the preventive & corrective maintenance & overhaul to 180 GE diesel electric & 12 GE electric locomotives from TFM, freight cars and passenger cars. Full plant and labor responsibility and overall management of operations, customer service, field service, finance, logistics of equipment & materials, procurement, planning & production control, labor relations, human resources, quality control, quality assurance (ISO-9001 & ISO-9002), engineering, environmental compliance & managing a staff of 7 managers & 285 employees.
