Provided support to the company on all mechanical car international interchange activities between USA and Mexico, at Laredo and Brownsville, Tx. Full plant and labor responsibility and overall management of the activities of the Tex Mex mechanical operations and logistics (cars & locomotives) at Laredo and Corpus Christi, Tx., including planning & production control, procurement, labor relations, contractors management, quality control, managing a staff of 2 foreman, 24 employees and 3 contractors, plus the coordination with finance and operations.
