Responsible for the daily operations for the Department of Internal Medicine. Supervisor for 13 clerical, 40 MA's & LVN's. Daily nursing and clerical staffing for 180 physicians. Responsible for payroll and non-payroll budget. Responsible for hiring, terminating, and disiplinary of clerical and MA/LVN staff. Resource for staff and physicians. Problem solver for members, physician and staff issues. 27 years in the health care field. Early retirement 4/1/06.
