Daily Duties at Affinitas:
Direct the ongoing development of the supervisory staff. Ensure that all company policies are followed by the operations staff. Communicating operational problems to the Call Center Director. Assisting my supervisors in any capacity necesary to accomplish the goals of the call center. Prepare and conduct supervisor meetings, Meet with Call Center Director, Review daily performance reports with floor supervisors, Implement daily calling priorities, Review/approve schedule and vacation requests, Review voice and emails.
