Directed all aspects of mortgage lending branch office including the hiring and management of ten professionals and eight periodic reports including pipeline, production, AP/AR, payroll and compliance. Accountable to Vice President for revenue target of $3.0 Million and basic P&L, budgeting and forecasting. Restructured and streamlined overall branch operations to increase overall efficiency, saving $91,000 per year. Formulated and implemented corporation's "Best Practices" policies, business processes and systems. Coordinated and re-trained branch Operations Department staff, decreasing processing/funding time by 50%. Identified, interviewed and negotiated acceptable costs and business relationships with commercial vendors including lenders, title companies, credit reporting agencies and employment recruiters. Structured, priced and decisioned residential and commercial mortgages for private outside lending sources.
