Daily Duties at Diamond Financial Group, Inc.:
Responsible for initial training of new Loan Officers and ongoing training of existing Loan Officers. Sold residential mortgage loans as a broker via taking, analyzing, processing and pre-underwriting credit applications while negotiating terms between clients and lenders. Successfully designed and implemented processes which cut 14 days off the approval process.
