Daily Duties at Bid Clerk:

•Charged with accountability for performing research and reporting on construction projects across the continental US for this construction trade publication. •Assisted establishing this company with 6 others from concept through tactical planning and daily oversight. •Currently head the reporting division covering all NYC Residential Housing, with accountability for setting and achieving all goals. •Supervise a team of 7 reporters in sourcing leads, assigning projects, and following through with projects through publication. •Consistently edit reports from all reporters planned for publication, ensuring the highest quality of product. •Responsible for training new employees and provide ongoing mentoring for career development. •Aided in the development of the new software used by BidClerk to report published pieces.
