Daily Duties at Perfect 10 Distribution:
• Evaluation of territory prospects and development of business plan • Managed Territory Sales team of 8-12 corporate level employees • Guided Sales team in setting goals, priorities and performance measures • Developed and Implemented Sales/Marketing Footprint in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi • Analysis and evaluation of dealer/prospect needs • Review business plan and developed business profitability model providing a variety of business and E-Business solutions • Conduct dealer product solution and E-Business presentations • Implementation and training of related products and services • Implementation and training of Internet and E-Business solutions • Responsible for front line sales, expense controls, and territory budgeting • Develop individual dealer marketing and advertising strategy based upon target market • Annually exceeded goals & objectives established by upper management • Exceeded and Maintained Sales Territory Quota Objective- August 2002 - August 2006 (Substantial territory growth realized within first 6 months)
