Daily Duties at Riverway Ranch Camp:
Scheduled all teaching assignments for 100+ counselors, developed activity program for up to 350 campers per week, planned and executed evening programs and conflict resolution for staff and campers. Promoted from Program Secretary June 2003- August 2003.
