· Responsible for department staffing, supervision of 3 employees, and $160 million annual revenue. · Approved Construction deals over $10 million. · Regulate Credit functions for 6 Companies, 8 Branches, 80 Sales Reps, Service and Parts Mgrs. · Collected an additional 10% of Accounts Receivable while maintaining a DSO of 34 days. · Responsible for all Treasury and Bank Reporting and Cash Analysis.
