Daily Duties at H.E.B. Wireless:
? Explain Sprint and Sprint Together with Nextel rate plans, monthly recurring charges, contract length and the terms of the agreement. ? Explain the various rate plans and daily rates, coverage and prices on the different equipment for prepaid services such as Boost Mobile, H.E.B. Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Azteca Mobile ? Activate phones using SNAP and FDT ? Do minor troubleshooting for customer’s needing assistance with their phones, particularly the Iden Nextel equipment ? Explain the insurance process and monthly rates, Help fill out insurance forms for customer’s placing insurance claims ? Take payments for Sprint and Sprint together with Nextel through Pre Cash ? Tender customer’s purchases ? Recommend different products and services, features to suit customer’s needs ? Demonstrate different types of cellular devices and their features while explaining to customer how to use ? Help customer’s with billing inquires and explain bill ? Change plans, add features such as Text Messaging, Sprint Vision or Power Vision, International Long Distance ? Point out compatible accessories for phones ? Pair Bluetooth headsets and explain the process for using them ? Hand out flyers and speak to H.E.B. customer’s about current promotions ? Do daily inventory for store to keep track of the phones and accessories in stock
