Daily Duties at Kohl's:
Responsibilities included: A high level of customer service and inside sales by multitasking, Answering questions for customers in person and on the phone, assisting customers with merchandise, answering phone inquires from other stores, department audits, prepping and setting daily and weekly sales ads. Zoning departments, organizing stock and displays. Cross training in several departments, which also included register ringing and theft deterring. Occasionally working overnight shifts to stock and reorganize the departments this was a great learning experience and opportunity to experience other departments for possible growth in the company. Other duties included various projects as delegated by management.
