Daily Duties at Amerisuites:
Responsibilities included: A high level of customer service at the Front desk and on the phones, handling reservations via phone, fax, and internet, checking guest in and out, Organization of room blocks and guest placement to ensure maximum availability for maximum profitability, completing shift open and close reports, communication with other departments to ensure quick room turn over and availability as well as scheduling for van rout drop offs and pick ups, creating and posting city ledger accounts, writing and mailing travel agent checks as well as logging them for tracking purposes, reviewing travel agent commission reports to assure commissionable status, assisting sales with mass marketing projects, Other duties included projects and administrative work as delegated by management.
