Daily Duties at Newgen Corporation:
Managed Major OEM sales with General Motors, Volkswagen, Audi, and Asia Pacific brands. Maximized product sales activity with existing client base by promoting campaigns and selling other products and services. Developed retention strategies to over 2,000 automotive dealerships nationwide. Increased annualized revenue with existing client base from $14.1 million to $15.6 million within six months. Developed and launched sales campaigns to prospect clients. Involved with trade shows, lead generation, conduction of presentations and all aspects of closing potential clients. Managed a team who supported over 60 field sales representatives from technical hardware, webinar coordination, client escalations, travel, and sales presentations. Hire, train and manage an internal and @home sales team of 20 account representatives. Managed the development, coordination, and facilitation of Corporate Training, including: inter-department training, field sales training, and new hire training.
