Daily Duties at Amerisuites:

Responsibilities included: Business retention and management, customer service, marketing and promotional campaigns, inside and outside sales, cold call efforts, tracking of new companies to prospect business, updating source of business and Group sales reports, overseeing all catering and other services for corporate, social, and tour groups, meetings, and banquets. Also participating in yield management, sales, and safety meetings to help forecast future business and maximize productivity and revenue. Other duties included projects and administrative work as delegated by management.
