Daily Duties at Argent Mortgage:
Responsibilities included: Processing mortgage loans with a high emphasis on customer relations and retention, communication with all the departments to ensure thorough and complete loans from start to finish, Clearing conditions, quality control of legal documentation, Communicating with brokers via phone, fax and e-mail, Managing pipeline and pull through reports to ensure team and personal goals are met, administrative work, extensive tracking of data used in several reports that are provide to management and the Vice President of the division. By working in all departments it has given me an extensive and broad knowledge of the industry including Underwriting, funding, sales, customer support, and leadership roles. Other duties included projects and administrative work as delegated by management.
