Daily Duties at First Magnus Financial:
Responsibilities included: Processing Mortgage loans with a high emphasis of customer relations and sales. Customer support via phone, fax, and email which required a high level of organization and time management, pipeline management to track work loads, progress and goals, condition review and quality control, warm calling, blast e-mailing and asking for leads from other customers to bring in more business, Communication with all departments to ensure loan is thorough and complete from start to finish while updating the customer of the loans progress and issues should any occur, filling in for the lead of the department when she was out or unavailable, calculating daily team goals and forwarding them to the Branch manager, ensuring time management of the department was being met, delegating work as necessary, answering or finding answers to questions asked by other department members to ensure accurate communication about duties, goals, and procedures, covered other co-workers desks when more then one person was absent, did several trainings in more than one state on the position and workflow of Account Manager to ensure cohesiveness in job performance, execution of duties, organization, and time management. Other duties included projects and administrative work as delegated by management.
