Daily Duties at Crescent Technology Inc:
- Ensure proper diagnosis of hardware and software related issues. - Extensive experience in troubleshooting and repairing all brands of PC's and laptops. - Ability to use a solder iron and heat gun to help aid in chip removal and placement, also running traces. - Perform the installation of the company network and also maintaining it. - Solely responsible for accurately incorporating company web site content and design. - Use of a DVM meter to locate shorts and voltage on logic boards. - Help desk for clients via phone, email, and trouble ticket. - Update tracking via UPS, DHL, and Fed Ex. - Kept track and updated a computerized inventory system (bar-code). - Use of Norton Ghost for HDD imaging and backups.
