Daily Duties at Copper Mountain Networks:

Promoted to: Operations Project Coordinator Led multi-functional teams, interfaced with suppliers and turnkey contract manufacturers to take new products from design through production in support of product introductions, cost reductions and OPS improvement initiatives. •Knowledge of project management principles with the ability to make independent decisions, resolve issues and provide innovative solutions while meeting the desired project budget and timeframe •Prepared budgetary spreadsheet analysis, price volume matrixes, technical, regulatory and sub-tier activities for prototypes, pilots and production builds Promoted to: New Products Supply Chain Lead Led and coordinated the Supply Chain Management for turnkey contract manufacturing programs to insure proper flow of raw material and finished goods in support of Sales, Production and Inventory objectives •Encouraged and led supplier development while training Buyers to analyze supplier capability and capacity •Assisted with on-site evaluations of current and potential suppliers of new technologies Senior Planner / Buyer Responsible for locating, evaluating, and recommending low cost suppliers and the development of a supplier-rating program •Solicited quotations, prepared RFQs, evaluated bids, negotiated pricing, delivery, terms and conditions •Planned and procured all material to support R&D, pilot and production to include: sheet metal and plastics parts, raw material, electronic components, PWBs (bare/loaded), MRO, capital equipment, outside processes
