Daily Duties at Convergys :
? Helped customer’s with bill inquires ? Did general troubleshooting for phone problems , Refreshed devices, did master resets ? Took payments and gave current account balances ? Explained different handsets available and what features they have ? Offered products and services such as Direct Protect insurance, Text Messaging and Data Packages as well as GPS services ? Changed phone numbers and direct connect ids, I did equipment swaps and sim swaps ? Transferred customer’s to the appropriate department such as Customer Finance or Tech Tier 1 ? Would file billing research requests, made portability requests, split billing requests ? Helped with account changes such as password ,address changes, placing High priority notes on accounts ? Memo all the work done on account and for customer, as well as any payment arrangements made through Customer Finance
