Daily Duties at Chart Inc.:

Provided administrative support to Controller. Performed general office duties and ordered supplies. Verified invoices against received purchase orders. Entered invoices into A/P system and manually selected invoices for payment. Generated “check runs” and accounted for all checks written. Maintained A/P files and cash flow forecasting reports. Assisted controller in quarterly budget forecasting. Manually accrued all non-invoiced purchase orders monthly and quarterly. Reported weekly spending to corporate accounting in Ohio. Manually entered all timecards for cost accountant and ADP, maintained payroll spreadsheets and overtime reports, and assisted Human Resources with tracking vacation requests. Introduced to A/R and collections. Performed various other duties as requested.
