Daily Duties at Verizon Business :
Researching and Analyzing spread sheets of customer account information through various systems. Keyed in orders at 100% accuracy daily. Implemented Individual 90 day action plans and submitted them to Mg mt. Held Conference calls with our Provisioning dept in Argentina to resolve any account issues. Responsible for multi-projects and completed them in a timely manner. Worked closely with Project Coordinators on special projects to help them meet their goals.
