Performed a wide array of administrative duties. This included handling all correspond-dance for the Financial Officer; generating accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation for relevant departments; ensuring appropriate stocks of office supplies; making travel arrangements for company executives; handling visitors to Ricon and receiving and routing all incoming telephone calls and faxes.
