Provided critical assistance in developing and delivering interface to UNIX-based Risk Control System. Developed customer-friendly statement of assets and liabilities utilizing data from multiple Wells Fargo systems. Designed and implemented front-end system for 24 by 7 customer service to manage inquiries, payments and advances on the AFS loan accounting system. Managed loan data conversion during acquisition of three financial institutions.
