Understand and communicate the strategic plans of the Business Units. Manage project initiation, prioritization, definition, planning and feasibility studies. Coordinate implementation of project justification and measurement processes. Coordinate preparation and presentation of project deliverables to senior management. Assist in the identification and selection of alternate solutions. Understand business problems and document the solutions. Provide leadership role throughout each project. Maintain and enhance relationships with the Business Unit customers. Coordinate all user training, documentation, and testing.
