Key responsibilities include analyzing business needs, developing ROI analysis justifications, creating project briefs for prioritization and approval, and garnering review of various business support groups such as legal, compliance, marketing, and secondary marketing. Principal liaison between the business units (Wholesale, Correspondent, Retail and Commercial) and the Product Manager. Responsible for successful implementation of E-Commerce applications in meeting the needs of each business unit. Prioritize and manage the development queue for each channel and GPM as a whole. Strategize how to optimize each application to meet the needs of each business line. Responsible for completing multiple projects within established timeframes and budget constraints. Assist in developing training and launch plans for implementations across applications supported by E-Commerce.
