Daily Duties at Rich & Campbell Pc:

Responsible for all aspects of investigation, discovery, litigation and appeals of all forms of tort litigation cases, including but not limited to, no-fault, products liability, general negligence, dram shop, dog bite, etc. Primarily, I was responsible for and provided guidance and assistance on all family law, criminal cases, estate planning and probate matters for the firm. My position involved a significant degree of independent initiative including the ability to identify opportunities or issues, to pursue their expeditious resolution, to assist in the development of business and policy initiatives and to render advice on strategic decisions. My responsibilities included but were not limited to assisting in legal research, review, analysis, drafting and approval of various documents, contracts and pleadings, participate in negotiations with third parties including providers and other vendors, litigate claims, assist in the oversight of junior counsel, communicate in a variety of contexts and work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
