Daily Duties at Countrywide Financial Corp:
? Assist business units in performing Business Impact Analyses, developing and implementing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP & DRP) Plans for corporate sites throughout California, Texas, Arizona and India facilities (3) ? Coordinate and assist with Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments of business unit systems ? Meet with Sr. Business Executives monthly with security dashboard report providing detailed metrics highlighting areas of non-compliance for remediation and/or mitigation of risks identified ? Perform in depth Security Assessments of new and existing applications, hardware and network configurations, processing facilities and data centers. Assist with Cost Benefit Analyses of proposed controls. ? Assess, modify or create company and department policies and procedures governing physical security, email and Internet usage, access control, workstation configuration and incident response ? Assure compliance with Virus Software and Definitions, Security Patches, Configuration Management Applications and Access Controls ? Promote employee compliance with Corporate and Departmental Security Policies through Security Awareness Programs and Training and Reporting
