*Responsible for contacting customers who were delinquent with their mortgage loan, determine the reason for the delinquency and initiate the best plan for the customer and the company for the customer to bring the loan up to date as soon as possible. *Worked with customers to set up repayment plans based on their financial ability to pay *Resolved customer disputes and complaints to provide 100% Exceptional Customer Service
