Daily Duties at The Navicor Group:
Built the creative department "from scratch" for this new advertising, marketing, communications agency, dealing strictly in oncology and immunology. Responsible for branding the company and hiring a department of associate creative directors, copywriters and art directors, and leading the team in new business pitches and campaign development. Set creative standards and provide overall creative direction; maintain creative standards for all accounts; ensure successful collaboration of the creative and account teams.
