Receive closing requests from over 300 mortgage brokers, review and prepare closing documents in high volume setting. Review all title and survey work for closing approval. Maintained excellent communication between broker, title agents and customer during mortgage closing process. Train all incoming employees on programming system, policies and procedures. Liaison between attorneys and employees.
