Daily Duties at Zurich North America:
Contracted by Director of Storage and Computing Infrastructure to lead cross-team improvement opportunities. Primary assignments include estimating infrastructure investments required for business sponsored projects, recruiting key management and engineering positions, managing resolution of backup capacity, performance, and compliance issues, coordinating closure of defects contributing to high severity outages, and developing standardized processes and metrics for operational management and capacity planning.
