• Assist Senior Executive team in day to day operations and meetings • Perform monthly and quarterly audits on branches to ensure proper compliance. • Training numerous departments on how to review and answer investor issues. • Holding regular conference calls/meetings to discuss operational changes and implementation. • Writing Compliance and Operational Updates and disburse company wide. • Publish and maintain Compliance website and issue web announcements to entire company. • Act as liaison between parent company, attorneys and senior executive operations team. • Maintain and update records of legal and compliance issues and corrective action. • Travel to branches nationwide for spot audits and training. • Attended Mortgage Banking Association conferences to receive updates and additional training.
