Daily Duties at Mortgage Master Inc.:
Locking 50-100 loans per day with over 30 investors online or by phone. Made changes to all loans that were in Underwriting process by the the request of Underwriting or Loan Officers. Ran daily reports for all investors of expiration dates of upcoming expiring loans that may need more time for closing to ensure that the loan did not expire with the locked rate that was given to the customer.
