Entered all customer service requests in work order system; receive, assigned, tracked, monitored and report on the status of all preventive maintenance repair, modification, and project work/service request generated; activated and maintained security badges and cafe supplies; created and maintained vendor contracts; compiled, tracked and reported on all Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) matters; directed incoming calls; coordinated any office moves and occupancy within the office space and recorded data in the Moves, Adds, Changes and Occupancy (MAC-O) software; liaised with building management to ensure accurate and timely completion of all work orders; trained new team members; and registered office space guests in building security software as needed.
