Daily Duties at Kings Island:
Manage a staff of 35 casting agents, talent scouts and extras coordinators. Oversee daily operations of the Casting/Human Resources office. · Training and development of staff. Facilitation of new hire orientations programs, coaching and developing teams, ensuring compliance with all legislative and corporate paperwork requirements and policies and counseling employee relations issues and participating in the human resources officer of the day program.
