Daily Duties at Coca Cola Enterprises:

One of six Talent Acquisition Managers across the United States. Responsible for providing all strategic and tactical direction for the staffing of all exempt and non-exempt level positions for the Great Lakes Business Unit including; Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania and Michigan. Manage a staff of eight direct reports responsible for hiring entry level to executive positions, which resulted in 2546 hires in 2006.
