Daily Duties at St. Peter Guest House:
(AM) Reservationist / Supervisor Office duties were to audit both of the hotel computer systems. Set up and break down hotels continental breakfast prepared for guest. Reply to guest inquires of the hotels availability through online emails. Reserve rooms without over booking. Greet and check in reserved and occasional walk in guest. Also, show guest to their rooms. At the end of guest stay, I also checked them out of occupied rooms. Update the system with occupied/unoccupied rooms and rooms that were clean/dirty. Answer multi-telephone systems, fax, sort outgoing/incoming mail, filling, type (35 wph), prepare payroll, and calculate timecard hours. Supervise employees’ performances. Daily worksheets were prepared by me who were issued at the beginning of shifts. At the end of shifts worksheets are to be returned as I inspect work before shift clocking out.
