Employee supervision; purchasing; creation, overseeing and evaluation of recreation programs; represent Town at county and state levels; vouchers; report out at Board meetings; serve on various local committees and task forces pertinent to my position; hire and supervise youth workers; correspondence including press releases; publishing (large program flier three times annually); sell advertising for flier; work with Parks & Rec Committees (citizen advisory groups); create schedules for sports programs; maintain inventory lists; building requests; solicit quotes for annual budgeted purchases; recruit and train coaches for sports offered; advertise programs being offered; coordinate multi-town leagues.
