• Assessed incoming academic advising questions and issues for PhD in Education program and delegated appropriately • Managed a large caseload of students from enrollment through graduation acting as a personal contact for any student support issues • Welcomed new students through an onboarding process ensuring student readiness and tracking student records • Closely monitored student portfolios to Identify at-risk scenarios and provided support for student success • Developed, implemented and improved retention strategies
