Daily Duties at National List Council, Inc.:
Supervised multi-shift computer department for large advertising agency. Responsible for changing from a mainframe environment to Windows at it's inception in the mid 80's. Met with customers on a regular basis to ensure all computer related needs were being met, and developed excellent rapport with both vendors and clients via daily interactions. Supervised, hired, trained and maintained day and evening shift computer department.
