Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente :
Provided front-line/end user go-live support ?Acted as a liaison between business clients, and technical staff to resolve implementation issues ?Guided and directed the navigation through applications steps, and identified recurring problem areas; Participated in dress rehearsal prior to go-live. ?Reviewed and comprehended departmental workflows, printer validations, and end-user validating ?Participated in training as back up support when needed; integral in the following go-lives: Santa Rosa, Oakland, Richmond, and Santa Clara Facilities. ?Maintain a current knowledge of application systems, interfaces, reporting processes, and data capture. ?Provided front-line support in the following Departments: ED, Admitting, L&D and Nursing Units
