Daily Duties at Winston Retail Solutions :

create and build client relationships and service accounts, schedule and conduct evaluation visits, merchandise select brand space on floor, photograph merchandising and opportunities, hold seminars or coach and train staff for brand awareness and education, file reports on each client evaluation, chart and track sales growth of clients based on merchandising impact, maintain many different acounts and types of brands simultaneously, identifying with each distinctive brand image to achieve maximum impact in presentation, dealing with problems such as broken or missing hardwares, replacement parts, filing for replacement of damaged items or graphics, installing new fixture programs and graphics, and stock- outs or merchandise issues at a store level, negotiating best real estate for a brand on floor, reporting in to conference calls and group meetings or trainings
